I'm looking for ideas for this year's "Signature Drink."

Each December, I get the supplies I need to craft a special drink. Then, I make the drink numerous times throughout the winter, mostly for myself or anyone who pays me a visit.

Last year it was a classic Old Fashioned. Last year was the first year doing this.
